How many days for my purchase to arrive?

  • Orders can take up to 8 business days from date of purchase to arriving at your front door. If you need any of our products faster, please look to see if it’s available at Amazon.com and if you have Prime is often ships for free.

My package says that it was delivered but isn’t here, what do I do?

  • Please follow these 3 steps
    • Check around your delivery location to see if the driver hid it from public view
    • Check with your neighbors, they may have mistakenly dropped it off somewhere nearby
    • Call FedEx customer service at 1 (800) 463-3339 or call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 to see if there was a mistake in delivery
  • Once these steps have been take please call us and we will help you out file a claim with either chosen 3rd party shipper.

 Do your products come with the mounting harnesses?

  • Yes, all our products come with all the mounting harnesses you will need to attach it to your bike. The mounting harnesses you see on the website are replacement or additional straps that you can purchase if you need another.

Which Base fits my bike?

  • Quick way you can check is to measure the width of your seat towards the rear end of the bike. If it is less than 4 inches E-Base, greater B-Base. If you want to double check please give us a call and we can confirm the size you need.

Do you know the shipping cost of the US to my International country?

  • Please send us an email with the items that you are interested in plus your shipping address and we can give you an estimated cost. Also please look at any of our Amazon store fronts to see if they have cheaper shipping since they will be closer to you:

Do you offer a Military or Veteran Discount?

  • Yes, but to get the discount code please email a picture or copy of your Military ID to sales@wolfmanluggage.com.

I am a Dealer or Webstore, can I stock your products?

  • Yes, please email quinn@wolfmanluggage.com and let him know you are interested. We have minimums and would be happy to explain our program to you.

What is Wolfman’s Return/Exchange policy?

  • All Wolfman bags bought directly from us, we have a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please see our Returns and Repairs page and forms for complete details. If you bought your Wolfman luggage from one of our dealers, you have to go directly through them for your return.

What is Wolfman’s Warranty policy?

  • We have a 10-year Limited Warranty on all of our sewn products and a 1-year Limited Warranty on our RF Welded bags. Check the Returns and Repairs page for more information.
