How do we contact you?

  • If you call with questions, please leave us a message.  No message, no call back since we are often behind the sewing machine.

Can you take my order over the phone? 

  • Due to our secure Shopify website, we are unable to take or change your order over the phone.

How long before we ship out your order?

  • All Threadworks products are made-to-order, production lead time is approximately 2 business weeks.  Plus shipping time to your location.  Once we ship the item, you will receive the tracking number for your shipment.  This will allow you to track your handmade goodness.

Is it possible to return or cancel my Threadworks order?

  • Since these orders are personalized just for you, please make sure have ordered it exactly the way you want it.  Your Threadworks order is final.  If you have any questions, call us!

Do your products come with the mounting harnesses?

  • Yes, all our products come with all the mounting harnesses you will need to attach it to your bike. The mounting harnesses you see on the website are replacement parts or additional straps that you can purchase if you need another.

Which Base fits my bike?

  • Quick way you can check is to measure the width of your seat towards the rear end of the bike. For the E-Base (5-8" at the rear) and for the B-Base (8-11" at the rear). If you want to double check please give us a call and we can confirm the size you need.

I am a Dealer or Webstore, can I stock your products?

  • No, Wolfman Threadworks is direct to consumer only.
