Do you manufacture your products in the USA?
Absolutely! We have continued to make Wolfman sewn bags in the USA to support manufacturing in our beautiful, thriving country not overseas. Our handcrafted bags are sewn by some of the world’s best operators to give you the highest quality in soft luggage for a fair market price. Our brand is world-renown for this integrity, passion and quality.
Do you make side racks?
Since late 2013, we no longer make hard side racks but due to Eric’s ingenuity, our Wolfman saddlebags now work with virtually any rack on the market using our Universal Saddlebag Strap Kit that comes with every saddlebag we sell or you can order a kit separately. We suggest side racks from DirtRacks, Givi Racks, Happy Trails, Hepco Becker, Moto-Racks, SW Motech, Touratech, and others. DirtBagz racks and Rally Raid do not work well is due to their L-shape and triangle shape. Wolfman saddlebags require 4 points of attachement against the rear of the bags to offer proper support.
Are Wolfman saddlebags sold individually or in pairs?
All Wolfman saddlebags are sold and prices in PAIRS. Single saddlebags are not available for purchase.
Which Wolfman saddlebags need to be mounted on a rack?
There are 3 saddlebags that require a side rack for mounting: Expedition Dry SB, Monarch Pass SB and the Rocky Mountain SB. The Enduro saddlebags that do not require a rack are the Daytrippers, E-12s SB, Enduro Dry SB, Enduro Ultralite SBs. NOTE: We recommend the Kiowa Heat Shield to help protect rack-less saddlebags from direct contact with hot exhaust pipes.
What can expect after I place my order on the Wolfman website?
We ship everything Fed Ex, occasionally through USPS, so typically your order should take only a few days to get to you in the continental U.S. Expedited shipping is available upon request on the shopping cart with additional charges. Our shipments are made to residential or business addresses, and there is no signature required unless requested.
What is Wolfman’s Return/Exchange policy?
All Wolfman bags bought directly from us, we have a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please see our Returns and Repairs page and forms for complete details. If you bought your Wolfman luggage from one of our dealers, you have to go directly through them for your return.
What is Wolfman’s Warranty policy?
We have a 10-year Limited Warranty on all of our sewn products and a 1-year Limited Warranty on our RF Welded bags. Check the Returns and Repairs page for more information.
Does Wolfman offer repairs at a cost?
Yes, please see our Repairs Form. NOTE: All bags MUST be cleaned before being returned for repair.
Does Wolfman make custom luggage?
We do NOT make custom pieces, custom modifications to our existing line nor do we do private label programs only co-branding may be available with Wolfman plus your logo screen printed for your event on a production-run quantity minimum only of current items only with a 12-week lead time for production.
